Rhinology Research Society (RRS) is an international nongovernmental organization established to promote knowledge, practice and ethics in rhinology. The society has members from different countries and different subspecialties including Rhinology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Skull Base Surgery, Maxillofacial Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery and encourages research in rhinology and related fields in head and face. RRS helps higher education in rhinology with results in the best patient care in nose, sinuses, face and skull base disorders. The Rhinology Research Society provides meetings, symposiums, workshops and research grants in rhinology while promotes health care in nose and related structures through public educational publications.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Northwestern University School of Medicine, Dr. Levine trained in general surgery at University Hospitals of Cleveland Ohio and in otolaryngology at Northwestern University Medical Center.
Dr. Levine is a fellow in the American Rhinologic Society and is its President (2006-2007). He is also a fellow in the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, and the Triological Society. He is a member of the Sinus and Allergy Health Partnership.
Dr. Levine has written and lectured on nasal endoscopic diagnostic techniques, functional sinus surgery, and advanced applications for managing nasal and sinus disease since the early 1980’s.
Dr. Levine has been an investigator in minimally invasive sinus procedures such as Balloon Sinuplasty and the use of office procedures to manage snoring and sleep apnea.
Dr. Levine serves as a consultant to several companies that specialize in pharmaceuticals and instrumentation for nasal and sinus disease.
Dr. Levine has been frequently named in “Best Doctors in America” from 1992 to 2008, “Top Doctors in Cleveland”, and “America’s Top Doctors”.
